Buying a carpet can be an exhausting and confusing task. There are many large retailers offering huge discounts which seem too good to be true. Quite simply, that's often the case.

A recent check found a large carpet warehouse selling a range of carpet at £92 a square metre. However with 60% off, it looked a bargain at £36.80. However the very same range was on sale in our store at the 'normal' price of £29 sq metre. Hmmm, not such a bargain after all....

Another common practice is raising the price of the underlay and gripper rods. Our underlay is £4.95 - the retailer offering carpets for less charges £9.99.
